We are excited to introduce OneTide Wellness as a new sponsor of Apex Fight League! Founded by Jenica Rasmussen, MSN, FNP, OneTide Wellness is dedicated to helping people heal from the inside out, getting to the root cause of health issues rather than masking symptoms with medications.

Jenica’s journey to founding OneTide Wellness was deeply personal. After spending 15 years as a registered nurse, she began having children in her mid-30s but suffered two miscarriages. She sought medical help, but the doctors she encountered dismissed her concerns, leaving her feeling unheard and depleted during an already emotional and hormonal time. Frustrated by the lack of proper care, she finally found a doctor in another state who took the time to listen and truly help her. Inspired by this experience, she decided to return to school and become a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide the care she wished she had received.
